DesertRose Puzzle

The DesertRose puzzle is a collaboration between the puzzler designer (poiometagrobologist) William Waite and Allan Boardman, the miniature puzzle maker (or microxylometagrobologist). Made from walnut and masur birch, the fully functional 6-piece puzzle is only 1/2 inch across!

Most of Allan's puzzles are even tinier, and can be tremendously difficult to put together, just from the standpoint of dexterity.  The DesertRose Puzzle is actually not too difficult, and this combined with the "larger" size makes for a Boardman puzzle that can actually be taken apart without too much worry.

The puzzle comes in a small plastic display case with a paper label on the bottom initialed in pencil by both William Waite and Allan Boardman.  

This puzzle was produced as a limited edition and is only available through this website.
